Post-Thanksgiving Snapback



So it's Thanksgiving weekend and I drove by the gym today and felt a little guilty. I've literally been eating all day for the past 3 days! Every single bite was delicious, and I don't regret eating anything, but I probably could have practiced a little more portion control.

I can admit, I am far from being healthy. But, I do try and practice the 80/20 rule. 80% of the time I eat healthy - I'm drinking smoothies, eating salads and staying away from soda and junk food. But 20% of the time, I'm a hot mess!

The good thing is, I've built habits into my lifestyle that I can always turn to when I feel like this.
