I've been eyeing smoothie bowls on Pinterest for awhile and decided to give one a try. They're really simple to make and add versatility to your regular smoothie routine.
Don't add too much liquid. Since you'll be eating it with a spoon, smoothie bowls are meant to be thicker than the traditional smoothie. Adding too much liquid could leave you feeling like you're eating cold soup.
1 Whole Frozen Banana
1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1 Cup Leafy Greens
1/2 Almond Milk (or other liquid)
1 Ripe Banana
1/4 Cup Rasberries
1/4 Cup Granola
