I made these parfaits in mason jars, you can find them on Amazon or at Michaels for really cheap, but any cup or bowl will do.
Making parfaits is all about layering! It really doesn't matter what goes first. I kept it pretty simple when I made these. I used Vanilla Chobani Greek Yogurt as my base. Next I added Viki's Banana Walnut Granola. I absolutely love this granola! It's gluten free and tastes amazing! Finally, I added a handful of raspberries and blueberries and then topped it off with a dollop of yogurt and a sprinkle of granola.
These parfaits are perfect for the whole family and can easily be taken to work for a midday snack. You can follow the recipe provided or create your own. The layering combinations are endless! You can add different yogurt flavors, nuts, your favorite fruits and even drizzle honey on top.
