To be honest, I've been slacking for the past few months. I've been eating processed foods and not going to the gym. In an effort to get back on track, I've started to drink green smoothies again.
Sometimes it can be tedious to gather all the ingredients for a smoothie. To makes things easier, I've begun to make and store green smoothie packs in the freezer. In the mornings, all I need to do is grab a bag, my liquid of choice and then blend.You can pack them with any combination of fruits and veggies, plus, they can last in the freezer for up to 3 months.
