I haven't had a smoothie or been to the gym in a while. The warm weather and long days have taken me off my game, but I'm back.
This smoothie recipe is perfect to drink before a workout, as it will keep you full post-workout. The oatmeal and peanut butter combination creates a thick creamy consistency.
Recipe:
¼ cup old fashioned oats
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
1 whole banana
1 cup soy milk
Place all the ingredients into a mixer and blend until fully combined. Enjoy!
