Smoothie Sunday | Blueberry-Peach



Smoothies are part of my everyday life. Your body takes in a bunch of nutrients in just one glass. Here's a quick and easy recipe:

1 Cup - Spring/Filtered Water

2 Handfuls - Greens

1/2 - Frozen Peach

2 Handfuls - Blueberries (frozen or unfrozen)

1 TSP - Hemp Seeds

1 Packet - Stevia (optional)

* Blend to the consistency you like
